Jerry Kahn: It was a promotion from my previous position as class clown.

StandUpShop: Who are some of your comedic influences and why?
Jerry Kahn: Steven Wright, because I am also a cerebral, deadpan, one-liner comedian. Benny Hill, because his comedy was also beyond ridiculous, and hysterically funny. Henny Youngman, because he was the King of the One-Liners.
